Default How long should my ITR motor last.

I have a 2000 model Integra Type R and it is completely original and stock. It has been well looked after and always serviced. It has done 320,000 klms now (199,000 miles ) and should I baby it so it lasts or just treat it like normal and rev it out. What symptoms should I look for when it starts to wear out.

So rings and pistons go first.I was mainly worried about the bottom end,I don't want it to destroy itself.I want something to rebuild. So far it has even compression and uses very little oil,no more than a 50k one.
