Default 2000 civic si

Do I have to bard my 2000 civic si with a 2001 B18c1(gsr) to smog it? (in Cali)

It's a motor swap. A non-original motor. First off, it's not "bard". It's BAR. Bureau of Automotive Repair. "BAR'd" is the commonly accepted past tense. Second off, yes, yes you do have to have your car BAR'd. Third, and finally, today is Monday. For a question like this, you could have gotten a much faster answer by calling your local ref. Given how frequently BAR/smog laws change (and evidently how unequally they are enforced) questions regarding BAR/smog are best answered by calling your local station.
