***Please move this to a tech forum and rename DISTRIBUTOR ROTOR ISSUE or something so someone who has this problem will see it in a search. Hopefully this will help someone with regards to these re-manufactured/aftermarket distributors***
I got my distributor replaced a few years ago on my B18C1 integra. Long story short the rotor broke off and the mounting for the rotor uses a different design than OEM. It seems inferior and the rotor was very light plastic, it broke while i was driving without warning.
The dist. is a WAI DST17410 and they do not sell the rotors. The guy basically said people just send them in when they go bad.
See pictures attached below that I sourced from a different Honda-Tech thread as well as the actual rotor mounting that is on my car currently.
**EDIT Solution, I hammerd, carefully pried with angled needle nose pliers, and used a light amount of PB blaster to get the plastic piece off the distributor shaft and there was the threaded oem mounting hole. I eventually put an oem rotor on although it was tight. This was the same issue and solution that someone else had with a "king distributor from ebay."**
