my 05 accord coupe 2.4l 4cyl is in Limp Home Mode. P2648 Honda - VTEC Solenoid Valve Circuit Low Voltage.

Possible causes
- Check engine oil level and pressure
- Faulty VTEC Solenoid Valve
- VTEC Solenoid Valve harness is open or shorted
- VTEC Solenoid Valve circuit poor electrical connection

I checked Oil level and replaced vtec solenoid valve. with no change still same trouble code still cant go over 3000 rpms.
so i unpluged vtec solenoid and tryed driving same symptoms but code this time said P2647 Honda - VTEC Oil Pressure Switch Circuit High Voltage

- VTEC Oil Pressure Switch circuit poor electrical connection

IV UNPLUGGED AND RECONNECTED ALL CONNECTIONS.

I'll assume you cleared the code after the work.....and it came back.

Did you do the tests at the PCM as well?

Prob not the issue but it wouldn't hurt to check the strainer (there is a screen on the front side of the head.
