Default Odd camber wear. Blown Shock or Strut?

Forgive my ignorance on this issue,
I have a '93 del sol as my DD, couple days ago I noticed an odd clunking noise whenever I made a right turn. I thought it was uneven wear on the pads, as it could be the caliper biting into the rotor while braking every turn. This soon became progressively worse, I found the incentive to press on every corner of the car and my suspicions were correct. The front right side of the car would buckle under my weight and would not return to position. On a whim, I checked the tires, and to my alarm there was an odd camber wear on the inner most part of the tire, to the point of the belt peeking through. So my question is this:
Would this issue be caused by a faulty shock/strut, or perhaps a different issue I entirely overlooked?

It goes down, and doesn't come back up? Stock suspension? The spring is the part that should make it come back up. Get the wheel off, and make sure it isn't broken.

Stock suspension with 200k miles.
I checked for hairline cracks on the springs. none.
What shock would you reccomend I replace the two front with?

Koni makes good hardware for shocks. Springs should be pretty bullet proof - you shouldn't need to replace them. If you want something affordable and a little more performance oriented, Ground Control makes good springs.
