2001 Honda Civic Engine Noise

2001 Honda Civic Engine Noise
Just had the timing belt, tensioner pulley and water pump replaced hoping it would take care of this strange noise. It's not constant but you hear it about every 5-10 seconds. What could it be? I don't notice any lack of power or anything while driving either. Car is 5 Speed. TIA.
