d16z6 with obd 2a/b alternator from junk yard (didn't find obd1 alternator) first time measurment it gives 14.5v after 5 days a bad smell appears in the car while driving then i went home.
next day i have tried to start the engine a clicking sound appears(battery is dead ) i have checked the battery i have found the batteries acid around it every where ,
after a jump start i've measured the alternator output i found it 25v any help please

 

Your alternator is fucked. Replace it, and hope it didn't do any other damage.

 

Also replace the battery, and clean up the acid. I hope all the car electronics are not fried.

 

most of the underhood fuses fried and i found a broken diode in the ecu
