Default 2000 ex 4cyl starting problems

So as the title says, I have an 00 Accord 4cyl... here's my problem...

For the past couple months when I go to start the car there's a miss for the first 10-30 seconds, at first it seemed like on just one cylinder. Gradually it has lasted longerI, and seemed like it was on 2 cylinders missing.

Now, this morning I went out to start it, and nothing, just turns over, no kick.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Just to clarify, after that initial warming period the car would run fine, no miss, no hesitation.

Ok, an update.

I grabbed some CEL codes, getting...

9 - P1381 9 Cylinder Position Sensor Intermittent Interruption
P1382 9 Cylinder Position Sensor No Signal

22 - P1257, P1258, P1259 VTEC System Malfunction

65 - P0141 Secondary HO2S Heater Circuit Fault (Sensor 2)

71 - P0301 Misfire Cyl. 1 Or Random Misfire
72 - P0302 Misfire Cyl. 2 Or Random Misfire
73 - P0303 Misfire Cyl. 3 Or Random Misfire
74 - P0304 Misfire Cyl. 4 Or Random Misfire

I cleared the codes. The 22 and 65 I've been getting since I bought the car, and I know the VTEC solenoid on it is the wrong one, have to change it out, someone swapped the wrong one on. The O2 sensor I don't think is even hooked up, as it has an aftermarket exhaust setup on it from before I bought it.

The 9 code I got once before, going to try to take some compressed air and blow out one of the connectors for it, the one that is right by the timing belt cover, above where the wiring goes in under the timing belt cover for the sensor. I did that once before and it ran fine after that, it's been real rainy here, so IDK if I'm just getting a lot of water there or what. Hoping I don't have to take it in and have that sensor replaced, I hear it's expensive.

Any other suggestions are still appreciated.

I haven't, so that's definitely something I'll look into. I did, however, find this link...

2000 Honda Accord Cyp Sensor Problem in the Distributor

So, I grabbed my trusty multi-meter, and checked the resistance between 3+4 pins (I have an F23A4), and I'm not getting anywhere near 800-1500 Ohms. So I'm thinking it's probably time for a new distributor.

Thoughts?
