Default Is it time for a tune up?

Honda accord 2000 lx v6

My car is coming up at 100k miles. I bought it with no service records so I have no idea what's been done to it. It's bone stock but appears to have had a ECU change at one point.

Basically, should I do a tune up? What's the cost (estimate?) What will I need? Tools I have, I know spark plugs and wires. Also doing oil change and I plan on a tranny flush and most likely a brake flush. What else should I do?

I'm looking to do a full tune up. What am I missing from the list?

Also, should I get rid of the stock intake and put a cold air? (My intake hose is cracked is various places, currently its wrapped in tape but I don't think it's a great fix.) Is it worth it? I don't care much about performance, but its an added bonus that I'd gladly enjoy.

Included with the tune up and possible cold air intake should I think of doing an exhaust system? New headers etc? My car already sounds pretty nice but I'd like to add a beefyer sound to it. Not rice, but a nice sound. I've seen a video of a mangnaflow those sound pretty sweet. Is it worth it? What do you think it would add performance wise?

This car is my DD so I'm not looking to go crazy. I'd just like it to be able to pull its own weight while sounding pretty nice. I plan on keeping stock height but I'll most likely get the OEM spoiler (I like the light it has) front lip and probably tint the headlights.

Is any of this worth it? Thanks. I'm just looking for advice. Also since school starts soon and I'm starting at a new school, I want to have a more appealing car for the ladies. As most nowadays are materialistic and if your car isn't nice, your chances with them are greatly depreciated.

My first question would be, has the "timing belt job" been done on this car? Usually the timing belt should be replaced every ~100K miles or 7 years.

Next the 2000 v6 should be COP so there are not any wires to replace. Yes the spark plugs should be replaced ~100K miles, on this year/type Accord I usually replace them when doing the timing belt job....easier to spin the engine over when the plugs are out.

For the auto trans, it is a drain and fill...if you don't know if or when the last drain and fill was done, I'd do at least two "rounds" of this - drive a bit between the two. Say do one drain and fill one weekend and then do the second the next weekend.

For the brake fluid, yes I would bleed the system....if you remove the old fluid from the master cyl first - use something to suck out the old fluid - then fill with fresh fluid. Then start the bleeding process....follow the proper order of bleeding.

For the rest (hot air intake, exhaust, ect), not my thing so I'm not going to even go there except to say the "holes" in the intake do need to be addressed. Me, I'd just go back with an OE tube and be done.

Also Should I seafoam my car? I'm yet to do the intake manifold clean because of things getting in the way. I just recently found out that the seafoam is good for cleaning carbon deposits. Thanks !
