An aftermarket air intake sounds like an aftermarket air intake. I'm sure you've heard the throaty boy-racer sound if you've been around tuner cars for any period of time.

what about exhaust aswell?
The stock exhaust is nice and quiet, comes free with the car, doesn't annoy everyone, and lasts an extremely long time due to partial stainless construction.

To the engine, yes. To the chassis? Who knows.

It's going to run like crap due to the differences in VTEC systems and the fuel/ignition curves, and you're probably going to float valves and damage the engine with the high fuel cutoff.

Don't over-rev it and don't ever run it low on oil, or I can guarantee that you will stretch the timing chain and/or jump timing, possibly risking bent valves.
