Default H2B lacks power help

Hi everyone im new to the forum and would like to start off with yes ive tried to look and find some similar issues but havent found any luck. any advise is great and wanna say thank you for looking/helping. so here goes my issue.

i have a 2000 civic ex coupe with H2B swap. the swap came off my brothers ek hatch. i swapped both cars myself and repaired other issues myself. car was running strong and great in my brothers hatch but when i installed it into my coupe it went down here from there. to start off i bought my coupe off my co-worker who is the original first owner with 130xxx miles. right after i swapped it in it went down hill and figured it probably had to do with fuel. replaced fuel pump with a 340cc from a local performance shop(got it from a buddy so i said why not) replaced fuel filter, new fuel lines and all and still the same lacks in power. now im not power hungry but it wasnt like this in my brothers hatch. so here i go and start looking into my ecu, my wirings etc but everything checks out fine. im running a obd1 p30(been chipped with data log) with a h22 basemap anyone is wondering. compression comes back great with 240 all across and leak down test passed! i have no CEL at all and pretty much confused of to why it lacks so much power. short term it feels like a gsr which is not good.

here is my list of mods and parts replaced
*jdm h22a qsd with itr 4.7lsd final drive
*stock obd1 h22a injectors with resistor box
*replaced fuel filter
*replaced stock fuel pump for 340cc fullblown(local performance shop in MN)
*new fuel regulator
*tried thousands of ecus
*tried 3 other dizzys
*240 all across
*leak down test is good all green no leaks
*timing is dead on.

probably forgetting a few things ive tried. i need a tune but dont what the shop charging me for extra labor hours to figure this problem out before tune. any help is much appreciated

Mine was like that too after I ran an sti.. I suddenly felt slow and my air fuel ratio changed. I replaced my distributor, plugs, checked my timing, replace fuel filter, checked my resistor box.. even did a compression test cause I thought I bent a valve. No cel too so I was out of ideas... until I took off my header...that's when I found my problem

I would assume it wouldn't be that far powerwise. But I'm sure the af would be slightly off.

considering you have a basemap, I would first put a wideband on it and see what it says during the low power conditions. If you are running too lean or the map has no timing, th engine will have poor performance, response and everything in between.
