hi
need some help and ideas on how to fix my 93 Honda Accord cigarette lighter/dome light does not work.

is there a separate fuse for the cigarette lighter and another one for the radio?

or there 3 separate fuses, 1-radio, 2-cigarette lighter, 3-dome light?

i am unable to use my GPS or charge my phone, etc

Is is a fuse problem, and where can I find it? and how do I fix the problem if it is not the fuse.

I guess I'm having a bad day......can't really follow exactly what you are asking but let me try.

Underhood fuse #29 15amp is related to the "lighter socket", the dome light and power ant (if you have that).

Underdash #11 10amp is related to the radio.

I did look for fuse's and could not locate them, can you please tell me where about under the hood would it be and how to fix it and if it is not a fuse problem what else could be the problem?

my radio works, so it is definitely under the hood, but I do not know where to find it.

Ubder the hood on the right/pass side....about where the strut tower is, you'll see the fuse box. Pop the cover off, under the cover should be a diagram and label for the fuses.
