Icon2 1995 Boosted F22 Swap Help needed

Hello, this is my first post and I'm having some troubles with my swap.

I recently built a 95 Accord turbo with an f22b2, and due to a stuck shut wastegate the engine blew. I yanked it and dropped in a long block (got it for free) F22A4. I put an F22B2 head, intake mani, etc. on it.

I'm currently in the process of hooking everything up and I have a couple questions:

I understand the A4 is an internal coil Dizzy, and I believe that the B2 dizzy does not work. I am not getting spark, but I only have one small engine ground connected (waiting for cable). I'm not getting any spark, and I got spark once by grounding the coil with a jumper cable. Is this a ground issue, wrong dizzy issue, or a mixture of both? I'm stuck here. If I do need to rewire the coil, can someone point me to a good tutorial? I can't seem to find one that doesn't have expired links or pictures...

My second question is my fuel pump. It doesn't kick on when I hit the key. It worked before, and again, after messing with some grounds, I got it to kick on once. Again, I don't have any cable but I'm guessing this is also a ground issue?

My third question is the ecu. I have a P08 ecu with a basemap for the B2. Because it is the same head, injectors, mani, turbo, etc. do i need a new basemap?

Is there anything else I need to know while I work on this car? I'd like to get it running. my 66 mile daily commute for work is no fun in a lifted truck that chugs gas.

thanks for all your help.
