Icon3 CEL code 20 Canadian Civic

I did an LS swap into a 2000 Canadian Civic and it keeps throwing the CEL code 20 which is Electrical Load detector which I believe is in the fuse box of an LS Integra, but not a civic which means the computer is searching for one but it's not actually there because there isn't a spot for one. Does anyone know how to fix this? Should I be concerned?

I believe the Canadian models don't have the ELD unit. So if you swapped in an LS engine and US-spec LS ECU, the ECU will be throwing a CEL for ELD because the car does not have an ELD unit. Have you tried a Canadian spec ECU?
