don't want to start two posts. seeing that ive searched for a couple of days on and off. im looking to clear things up on members who have actually done this. not guessing. im looking to semi build my spare ls I just picked up.
first question is. will type r dual springs and retainers fit in my ls head with my stock ls valves and keepers without issues or would I need type r valves and keepers?

second. my ls block is completely bone stock. is it safe to order standard acl bearings without clearance issues. noticed some saying acl is one size fits all which is kind of sketchy so I wanted to clear that up as well.

please only comments from members who have actually done these things and please keep negative comments to yourselves. thanks
