Hi,

I have a 94 accord with h22 swap. Recently it starts to hesitate and bogs down. I checked the following:
O2 sensor (replaced)
recalibrated TPS
Fuel filter and fuel pump replaced

the wires that runs out from the Injector resistor box all oxidized. I was thinking maybe it is causing this issue? where are this wires goes? Do i need to remove the dashboard or it is under the driver side?

 

What do you mean by oxidized ?

 

The color of the copper turned to green.

 

Has the EGR stuck open? The EGR manifold can get dirty as well. How does it perform at WOT?

 

when does it hesitate and bog? check engine light on?

 

The EGR is removed am using a block off plate. It runs like crap at WOT.

The car sometimes runs perfect and sometimes it bogs and hesitates all the way.

 

Im haveing the same problem just droped a h22 in a 97 ek. New dizzy and bogs out in gear on take off revs up high in nutrul any help

 

The hesitation on an h22 swap can be caused by using non-shielded wire for the added knock sensor wire. It must be shielded wire or it can pick up radio intereference.
