Might anyone know where I can find a new discontinued auto shift cable for '97 honda del sol ? Might be called a wire control (?) 54315-SR2-982.

Naturally freaking and haven't luck searching ebay and craigslist

Is it possible to modify a civic cable shifter or (? fill in the blank ?) for this application ?
Don't trust paying big $$$ to have an old used one installed just for it to break again.

It looks like that part number was only used on the 94-97 Del Sol.
