Default Spark plug recamedations

I have a 99 V6 sedan (j30) and I was gonna be changing out the spark plugs. I know it should be a pretty straight forward job but did anybody have any issues they would run into? Plus I was wondering what spark plugs would you guys recamend and what the gap for them. Thank you in advance

Denso or NGK and nothing else.

NGK 4363 PZFR5F-11 Double Platinum Spark Plug these are what I use.

gap should be 0.044, but fact-check that.

I prefer the Denso Iridium TT plugs. 4701 for your application.
You are not going to feel a kick in the pants, but your emissions will be stupid low and after ~100kmiles they will still be fine.

Pre-gapped. Should be with-in tolerances already. .044"
If not adjust to spec.
