Obd2 to obd1

HI I have 99 cx with y7
I want to drop a obd1 b16
And covert to obd1 what will I need
And issues I will encounter ..?
Harness? Ecu? Etc if any can help

The obd1 ECU will not connect to a scanner so if your emissions test uses that you will fail.
