I Need Some Advice
Like anything else, it is hard to give diagnostic over the net. Given the history of you and the caR, I would say that you WILL have to spend some money fixing all listed problem. So:
1. After purchase the caR, do you have the money to fix the problem.
2. You might not able to dd the caR for awhile.
3. Get a hold of a buddy (or start making one) that know how to work on Honda to help you fix the caR.
4. Get the caR, drive it as it is while save up money for another swap down the line.
