(Help) H22 Swap in 5th gen
First off, I'm new here so if I'm posting this in the wrong place please redirect me so i can repost it or help here would be nice too lol.
But I have a 94 accord ex coupe that I've been wanting to do a h22 swap with. I love the car but the single cam just isn't cutting it lol. I'm looking for around 350hp with turbo.
Here's a little input on my knowledge though. I recently turned 18 and through the past 3 or so years I've been working around cars and getting experience through helping friends etc. I do know whats all in an engine and the process of rebuilding. The little details and specific stuff is my problem. I have a mechanics contract with the Navy and I leave for basic in under two months. I'll be more experienced with rebuilds after my A school training. All my training will be done in 9 months so once I find out what base il be on I'm going to have my car shipped down there to start the restoration and build.
Anyways the questions I have are with compression when running boost and knowing which internals to buy. Also things like sleeving the block and best bore size. Money won't be an issue, I'm taking that Navy money and doing this car the right way lol. Input would be appreciated though, I'm trying to sort this stuff out so I'm prepared when I start. Thank you
