Has been awhile since ive been on here. I attempted a da8 build a few years back when i first signed up, and its fair to say it was a fail haha but did get better along the way.

Now that i've got some experience behind me I defiantly want too get a "build" done. And the way its happened, Im back with a DA8

This is going to be a budget build, with the focus of being clean, different, fun and not buying in to the big brand names for "jdm" points

1990 Honda Integra Xsi DA8

Killometers: 325,xxxkms

Paint: primer

Interior: Mix of blue and black interior
missing alot of peices

Engine:
90 B16a
b16a2 Intake manifold
Random intake pipe
no name pod filter
4 to 2 to 1 extractors
2.5 straight through exhaust. no muffler

Gearbox:
s1
open diff

Susspension:
unknown front lowering springs/std shock
unknown adjustable coils in rear

Wheels:
STD 90 DA8 xsi alloys

Hey, thanks man. So far away from how i want it.

 

Post 2:Issues list. This will stay here for now, and edited as more issues are found/solved.

Heres a quick start.
drivers and left hand passenger windows wont work
heater does not work. but controlls light up an change etc but motor comes on very rarely
front bumber on passenger side has came off mount
petrol gauge doesnt work
missing cig lighter and doesnt seem to charge when using plug in usb port
need to set up memory on headunit and install speakers lol. one drivers door speaker is insufficiant haha
PAINT!!
shitty bog and NO THIN SIDE MOLDINGS, not sure what to do there... paint might cover it
Knock sensor
passenger tail light missing.
missing badges
im pretty damn sure has the wrong cv!!
all side windows need replacing IMO to get finish im after
bad condensation in pass side tailight, enough to be annoying in other.. like 3 droplets..
hole in flexi join or bottom of extractors. 2.5 pipe doesnt make to the rear and missing muffler

So thats where i have to start from. Theres defiantly going to be alot more but its a nice day so ill hope to get some done. starting with the bumper

 

todays little job was to refit the bumber. it was missing the white bracket bit, and by chance i still had one!! so pretty lucky

While it was off, gave it a little tidy up. Cut out A/C loom and put harness back in OEM spot and mounted relays etc. Resprayed black with paint i grabbed from work. took off lights and resprayed the radiator support as it was purple. and gave the radiator top tank a quick spray.

reassembled then went for a cruise

I somehow managed to miss getting a picture of it all paited etc....do'h

picked up these lil ***** the other day, wasnt much there worth grabbing that was easy to get. Wasnt able to get a c.v or knock sensor yet, but planing to get one on the asap
