A04 ECU in a 01 Integra LS
long story short I'm putting a GSR motor in my 2001 Integra LS. I found a GSR ECU on Craigslist with the part number 37820-P72-A04. Did some research and found this post https://honda-tech.com/acura-integra...5-ecu-2630208/
If I read correctly it sounds like I need an A05 ECU because I have a 2001. I'm using the same wiring harness currently on the car. Am I reading this correctly? Somewhere on the post there is mention of a harness. Does this exist?

There is a clear physical difference between OBD2A and B ecus, but unless you're going to have a dealer rekey you for the immo, the a04 is ideal. You can use an OBD2A to OBD2B jumper harness. Personally I would use an OBD1 ecu so you can tune it, but that's just me being a tuner.
