So I recently purchased a 99 cx hatch with a 98-01 jdm type r. Its a b18c-r with a p73-003 ecu. Bought the car with the original y7 harness plugged. No vtec and the iac wont work with this harness so the vehicle wont idle properly. The motor has a two wire iac i believe which is why its running like crap. In fact the throttle cable is adjust tighter to keep it alive. What is the best solution to getting this thing running. Like what harness is needed? I have the jumper harness and everything i just need to peice it together.
