First of all I want to start with my brake lines due to not knowing how to tackle this issue at all. One day I was driving my nephew to school and I drive a 97 Civic LX Sedan. Suddenly my brakes all of sudden soften up and I got back home and checked under the car and saw that I had a leak. I took off the brake line cover to see where the drips were coming from and I saw where the leak was coming from. So I did a little "Youtubing" and "Browsing" to see what I can find out. The easiest way to me it seemed like was to cut off that part of the brake line and replace it with a repair kit which would consist of brake line and two connectors. So what really got my stumped was that the brake lines were very close to one another underneath the car and I had exactly no clue how to cut a single line instead of bumping and hitting the other lines possibly damaging the others. If anyone has ran into an issue similar to me or have an idea to make life simpler please let me know how you would handle this situation.
