I have a 2005 Honda Civic which is idling low (500-600 RPM) and will intermittently drop to about 200 RMPs for a second. While at idle it will continually cycle through this process. Also if I drive the car, it will misfire once it gets between 2000 - 3000 RPMs. I had this issue about 6 - 8 months ago and replaced the Lower Crank Sensor, which fixed the problem.

Since I am experiencing the exact same symptoms, I am thinking that I may have gotten a bad sensor, but wanted to see if there is anything else I should check.

Any ideas or suggestions?
