I've swaped a 5 speed manual 99 Honda motor lx 0BD2B with a 98 Honda motor hx 0BD2A vtec.I kept the 5 speed manual transmission and only used the motor,the vtec had auto transmission . I've managed to get it to run with my computer and harness it has no vtec and the egr valve isn't hook up. It does make a little nose by the egr valve like a pinging noise, does it need to be hooked up ? And also the injectors should I use my old ones seeing I'm using my non vtec computer and harness ??
