Icon2 95 Civic EX Coupe tranny swap?

I'm looking to swap my D16Z6 for a B18C1. Problem is my car has an auto tranny and I want to put a manual tranny with the B18. How troublesome would that be?

Not particularly hard, and also generally considered required as part of a B swap.

So going from a D16/Auto to a B18/Manual wouldn't be too hard. Apart from changing the motor and tranny what else would need to be changed in order to ensure a proper fit?
