Cel 7 and 14 showing up at the same time.

Cel 7 and 14 showing up at the same time.
Both of these CEL keep showing up together every couple of months. I've replaced the iacv with another brand new OEM and the tps with on from O'Riley's. I made sure the rps was in the specs like a million times. And now my car will sputter around 2k rpm in any gear. I'm really lost I need help thanks to all of you.
