Hey guys yesterday I installed my motor in my car and bolted everything down. After installing it, I had a look and from the front view of the car the motor was sitting at an side tilt, which indicated the gearbox was sitting higher then the motor.
Has anyone had this problem before? The car is an EG civic hatchback and I'm using the evo h2b kit with h22a and ITR LSD gearbox.
THREAD AS BEEN EDITED. UPON CLOSER INSPECTION TO THE MOUNTS THEY ARE INNOVATIVE MOTOR MOUNTS.
Is the driver side mount correct? I know qsd makes a bracket that should be used to attach to your chassis but maybe you have eg/dc switched with an EK one
The post mount is correct. It has 3 holes and eg/dc uses 3 hole post mounts. The motor mounts are wrong cause the h2b mounts, transmission side is a bit longer and these are not the h2b mounts, they are innovative b-series mounts. Got to switch to evo h2b mounts and see if that will correct it.
