OK I have a 99 honda civic si with a b20b swap when I turn the key on fuel pump primes but will not turn over click or anything I have jumped starter with a push button and it will turn over but no starter signal or fire I checked all fuses grounds and rechecked a had a blown acg fuse to ecu under hood replaced it no change I have by pass the clutch swich wondering if that was the problem still nothing any hell would be appreciated thanks jeremy
