Default 2000 Honda Civic Idle problem

Hey Everyone! I'm in need to ideas and help.

I have a 2000 Honda Civic dx with a d16y7 motor. The car only has intake, and full exhaust. I was driving it the other day perfectly fine, and went to put gas. At the gas station I put 93 octane. Didnt think it through since it doesn't need it. But I filled up the tank from Empty. After that the car has been acting up. Literally right after I started it. The idle flunctiates when cold, but after it warms up it idles around 1500 RPM. Also the car is stuttering from 1600-2k Rpm. I've never had this problem and have no idea what it may be. I checked the TPS sensor and it is receiving the voltage necessary. Can it be the fuel? Thank you in advanced for the help. Really need to get this fixed.

Is the CEL on? Does it work?

Remove, clean, and reinstall your IACV. You can find a how-to in the DIY sticky. Make sure to properly bleed your coolant afterwards.

I will try to clean the IACV later on today. Hopefully that works. There are no codes on. Can It be the gas I put?
Thanks
