Transmission OIL out of 12mm Linkage support bar bolt
Hi all,
I have S80 GSR tranny. While pulling it off I removed 12mm bolt that holds stabilizer support bar next to my shift linkage and all the transmission oil came out... Is this common or its time for new tranny?
Have to say that while driving there was no pops, grinds, noise or any other issues I could think of...

Your image does not work and you must have impacted it on to actually break into the housing. if you're cheap you could just put the bolt back in and fill it as technically it's just another "drain". really depends on if you want to put money into the car, if this was an old DD then meh just put the bolt back. If this is your nice car it's up to you.
I had a buddy call me one time and tell me he was swapping out his shifter bushings and took that bolt out to see fluid start to come out. The previous owner had put a bolt in that was slightly too long and it went through the case and into the area right next to the diff. We were actually going to swap his housing anyhow since he had a broken mounting ear. If you dont want to swap the trans housing, put some hondabond or equivalent on the bolt and screw it back in.

That's usually the root of the problem... using a bolt that was longer than the original.
