Default Need some knowledge about 98 civic motor mounts

So for the longest time my engine has had a lot of movement . So I finally decided to do something about it . At first I thought the fact that I didn't have the front trabny mount was the reason . I bought that and when I tried to put the bolts in the threads in the body were stripped . I also checked out the driver side mount . Well one of the threads are stripped there also and I also took the mount out and checked it out because I was confused, two out of three bolt holes lined up but one didn't so I don't understand . To my knowledge it is the correct mount . So basically what I want to know is
1. What do I do about the stripped threads in the body
2. Why doesn't the bolt holes line up on the mount
Also , it's a d16y8 SOHC five speed tranny .
Thanks in advance

Exactly what mounts are you talking about? Some of what you're saying makes absolutely no sense

Driver side mount and front torque/trabny mount . Driver side mount has one stripped threading in the body and not 2/3 holes line up. Which doesn't make since because it is a d 16 mount
