Icon2 tranny trouble

I have a 94 accord, been having some trouble with the transmission... everything is fine when I first start it up, but once it gets warmed up no matter what gear its in it just drops into only way I can explain it is "false neutral" and wont go back into any gear unless I shut it down but then it only last about two minutes. i also recently replaced transmission and neutral censer worked fine till day after neutral censer was replaced ... any pointers on what it could be??

Recheck the sensor and make sure all the connections are tight. Also check for codes for the trans. Check the fluid level. I had a similar issue with my 91 accord and it turned out that the trans cooler lines was leaking causing the tranny to be low on fluid and slip or have "false neutrals"

Did you replace the transmission or just a sensor? I have the same problem with a car I just bought. Does the car make any irregular noises when it is moving?
