I have a 95 Civic with a 1.5 (LX model), and it had a new upper and lower radiator hoses and a new radiator installed last year.

It now is having an issue with cooling down, and it appears to take a while to cool down after highway driving, and even now after only having sat in my driveway for about half an hour, the upper hose is still very hot.

Any thoughts?

 

Have you checked the thermostat?
