Default Integra Rear Trailing Arm Bushing

So, just picked up a 95 integra LS and the RTA is shot and needs to be replaced. I have searched and found several replacements such as Energy Suspension, HardRace, Whiteline, and OEM. Not sure which one to go with and hope someone can help. Found some posts about each one though they are a few years old so hopefully new input would be nice. I would like to get something a little better than OEM but don't mind a stiffer ride if it means a better suspension. Eventually would like to upgrade to shocks/springs and replace other necessary bushings as well. Thanks for the help.

I have run the polyurethane Prothane RTABs on my 92 Civic Si (same bushing, same TA as the Integra) through many different setups. I've had them on the car with stock suspension, lifted 2 inches for rallyx, heavily modified and lowered suspension, and these RTAB's have been great through all of it.

They will not cause any noticeable increase in NVH.

They will work exactly as they should with any setup.

They won't fail.

That's what I like to hear. Thanks for the feedback.

Now are there any other bushings that should be replaced while I'm under there?

From what I have heard the rta bushing doesnt have as big an impact on ride quality as some other bushings. So get whatever suits you and it shoukd be fine.

If you a DD'ing the car, do oem. If you like to do some spirited driving spend the time/money and the do complete HardRace kit. Made a significant difference in my Db

I went with Hard Race and have no regrets. I would never use polyurethane and if you want to know why, search.

There seems to be a wives tale going around about added NVH.

That's true with motor mounts, and with extremely hard poly that is close to the durometer of Delrin, but not true with the soft poly they sell for these cars.

I run 75D (Shore D scale) poly literally everywhere on my BMW and that stuff's as hard as it gets, that will give you some NVH. But all the **** on the Honda is as quiet as can be.

I would use an OEM for the street. Use the Schley tool to remkve and install. Not the clocking and the depth of the original bushing.
