Accidentally cut into spindle while replacing wheel bearing
I pressed out the wheel bearings on my Civic, but as it usually happens, a part of the bearing got stuck on the spindle
While cutting the piece of the bearing that was stuck on the spindle, I went too deep and ended up with a couple of nasty groves on the spindle.
Should get a new spindle or is this nothing to worry about? Thanks in advance guys.

Happens all the time. It will be just fine unless like an 800hp ride.
The bearing race alone is easily twice as hard a steel and it's all held tightly together with a big ol 32mm nut and all. No worries.

It may not be a problem but I would personally replace it too. I don't even like to run them lightly marred. Those are pretty deep.
This is not a problem. For the next time: smash the old bearing with a hammer. Because the material is that hard it will crack an you can take it off easily.
Thanks for the help, guys. I appreciate it.
With so many people saying it isn't a problem, I didn't bother replacing it with a new unit.
The car has a stock D17 and it's a backup car that will be driven 3-4K miles per year.
