Hey guys, summers around the corner and ive been looking to get a sunroof installed on my 99 honda civic dx hatch back. I've found one place that does it so far for a decet price but im wondering whos reputable and out there. Also after getting my sunroof installed i planned on buying a carbon fiber roof but i think its made for the ex/si models. Are all ek roof sizes the same dimensions or are they different. Ive tried googling and cant find anything

 

No they are different for hatches coupes and sedans.

That being said you can still use a coupe sunroof assembly and roof to use as a template. I can find ex coupes and complete sunroof assemblies everywhere down here, line up the coupe sunroof section to make your cutting path

 

Aftermarket sunroof's aren't bad at all to install yourself, i'm actually taking mine out of my 97 coupe here soon and welding the roof shut, if you were on this side of the coast I'd sell it to you cheaaaap.

 

I actually had a friend who did put an aftermarket sunroof on his hatch. It was nice. Make note that the sunroof needs to seal properly or else expect the rain to come in.

 

How much is cheaaaap?
