Default Obd1 tcu code question

I jumped the blue connector and my D4 light flashes but doesn't quit - it doesn't pause or change patterns - it just gives short flashes and I stopped counting after it reached 100....
I can't find an explanation for this anywhere....
Anyone seen this before?
Btw: car is not running at the moment (crank no start)
Almost forgot: 1993 accord lx

Does your Check Engine light work or have any codes?
Have you checked for spark?

Check engine light comes on normally but doesn't give any codes - probably because the car hasn't run since the battery was hooked back up.
I've Got a separate thread for my car not running ('93 accord sputtering) but was hoping to maybe get some indication for what this d4 code means, and maybe to see if it's related to the car not running.
I do have spark and fuel, spark is orange though.
