i am going to swap a d16y8 in my hatch in the weekend and i am in a little problem. the motor is an obd2a and my hatch is obd2b, the bigger problem is that i have an auto tranny and i want to keep it. i managed to find ecu pinouts but only for m/t... can anybody find ecu pinout for an auto tranny? thank you from advance.

If you want to keep the auto, you have to get an EX transmission, as well as an EX ECU.

 

I don't understand why you think you need this^ information.

 

Yeah they should be relatively identical minus the auto connector on the ecu

 

i have it, the problem is its an obd2a and in my car its obd2b so i want to build a jumper insted of switching the cabin harness. and i cannot find a full pinout of these connection. from what i cheaked there is a diffrent between a m/t pinout and a/t pinout also between obd2a and obd2b.

 

So get an OBD2B ECU. Seems like you're over-complicating this.

 

obd2b ex engine harness, obd2b p2p ecu. DONE

or obd2b ex engine harness, obd2b to obd2a conversion harness.

 

but do obd2b harness will fit to an engine with obd2b?

Yes they are. Google obd2a pinouts and then google obd2b pinouts and your answer will be greatly revealed in detail.
