Post Civic 99, y5 Block and y8 Head + Extras Help & Questions

Hi, it´s my first post and i want to start with some questions about my built .

Here is what i got:

Y5 block
Y5 Pistons
Y5 Tranny
Y8 Head (Ported and polish)
Y8 Headers and 2.5" pipe
Skunk 2 Admision
Skunk 2 Throttle Body
Y8 Cam
Another "Hot" Cam but i believe its for Z6 because the motor makes a click click sound.
AEM Cam Gear
P72 stock ECU

What you think about this guys?
Should i look for good specs from this?

Sorry for my English

I'd drop the Y5 transmission and look for a Y8. Also unless you plan on chipping the P72 (if it's OBD1) I'd look for something that is chippable.

How is this engine even running with this ecu? Thats crazy. Did you even ask the previous owner all the details on this build? How sure are you that the ecu is obd2a?

Sorry Bro. Lets start again

1.- When i got the car its was stock (Every Stock) 99 civic HX, the stock harness its a OBD2A.

2.- I bought the P72 ECU, test the ECU connection, plugs right (Becasue the Stock Harness its OBD2A and the ECU too) but obviously the car runs very bad.

3.- Made the built like the post description whit the P72 ECU and a "HOT CAM" but the engine makes a click sound, take a Y8 cam, put it in and the click sound its gone.

4.- The engine runs very good but i feel its need something more.

5.- Im looking for a chippeable ecu n_n.

What hp were you expecting to gain from using a p72 anyways, "hot cam" doesn't really explain much to me.

D16y8 isn't gonna much performance if you don't do something big with it, and what you're doing isnt big at all. Not to mention this motor is only able to rev up to 8k so if you're hitting that 9k expect something to go.
