Default sputtering at idle, car runs fine.....

So, just replaced distributor, cap rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter etc. Car starts up great and runs great, however when idle after reaching operating temp, such as sitting at a stop light the idle will miss.
I have no idea even where to begin with this? Any ideas?

99 civic lx- d16y7 stock (almost lawn-mower)
no cel, no ecu resets
sorry fellas trying to post and do other things, you end up missing stuff

You begin by disclosing full car information.

There is a reason why it was put into the posting rules of this forum.

If not we assume you are working on a go cart car with a lawnmower engine.

Also, is this just a low idle issue associated with the idle relearn process after an ECU reset?

You didn't disconnect the battery?

Are you saying the engine idles to spec rpm but misfires without throwing misfire codes?

No- didnt disconnect the battery ---even though I did extensive work. (Full tuneup)
So yes, Im saying it feels like it has a "lumpy" idle but just when it warms up and only at idle. During motion, the car runs perfect, no miss- no lump--nothing. Its only when Im driving and have to stop at a red light that I notice the miss.
No codes

Adjust idle speed as per service manual.

Also inspect engine motor mounts if the car isn't idling low below 600 rpms. Also not a bad idea to change the fuel filter

No worries, thought I'd bring your attention to the rules sticky just in case.

I hope you get your car dialed in. With RonJ's help I'm confident you guys will isolate it down to the proper corrective action.

Thanks for updating your first post to include pertinent car information.

Cheers and Good Luck

Have you cleaned the throttle body?
Is timing set correctly with strobe light?
