honda fan

Can somebody help me I have a honda accord 98 but the the ratiator's fans never turn off, I check te temperature sensors and the fuses but still keep working on, I don't know what to do????

Is this BOTH fans or just one of the fans? If one, which one....drivers side or pass side?

There are both, I check the fuses when I disconnect them The fans turn off but i don't know what it could be!!!!

If the a/c is on both fan runs until the ign is off.Change two relays with each other(fan with another).

The AC is always off and the fans still workin i check the sensors and fuses and everithing is ok, I just put the car on switch and the fans start working so I don't know what to do or where to check?

May be a stuck relay.
