I just picked up my BB Ap2 last week. The previous owner did a horrible patch job on the drivers side of the top. He glued a large five inch long piece of canvas on the outside that is already starting to peel off. The patch should come off pretty easy but its the glue I'm worried about. Does anyone know of a safe adhesive remover that won't stain or damage the top? I was thinking alcohol, soap and water. If the spot comes clean on the outside I can patch it the right way from the inside.

 

just save up for a new top. 5 inch patch is an eyesore no matter what you do to it..
