I'm smoking out the gsr head and oil catch can. I'm not blowing or burning oil thatd be smoking out the exhaust. But thinking it'd still be either valve seals or oil rings on Pistons.

 

They have a PCV from the factory... Do you have any sort of catch can? Have you removed all lines going from the intake manifold running to the valve cover, head, and block? If not you're pressurizing the crankcase every time you get into positive pressure
