Default AC Issue

Today I tried the charge my ac because previous owner had disconnected a line and lost the charge. Well the previous owner also installed an aftermarket condenser fan. Fan doesn't come on when I press the ac switch and neither does the compressor clutch. I power probed the connector to the ac clutch and it does not have power. Fuze under the hood and dash are all good. Any ideas?

Oh and the green light on the ac button does come on when you press it. Not sure if that matters or not.

What are your pressures after you vacuumed and filled?

Honestly I'm not sure the guy that was helping me stopped once he said that the compressor and the fan should of came on by now but he didn't mention anything about weird or irregular amounts of pressure. Also I went outside about half an hour ago and I jumped the pressure switch and got nothing.

Is this on a 1991 Ford F150? Seriously, how do you expect us to help you? We are not gremlins in your head. Provide specific information, and we will provide a specific answer.

If your compressor does not have 12V at the connector, you have an issue upstream of the connector, in addition to any shenanigans the previous owner, or yourself, have done to the system.

Power probing the compressor 12V connector should energize the compressor coil if it is any good. This will prove my previous information. If it does not energize, you need to examine the clutch ground and the clutch itself for a lack of grounding in addition to anything else.

It's a 1995 civic with z6 swap and p28 ecu. Like I said I applied power to the compressor and it engaged fine. I held a vacuum on it for half an hour and it staid at negative 25-30 the entire time. I haven't modified the system in and way only the previous owner has installed an aftermarket condenser cooling fan. Basically I just need a check sheet or some sort or and idea or where to start testing things.
