Default [SOLVED] location of brake light failure sensor anyone?

2003 Honda Pilot. Both rear brake lights are out. High mount works. Bulbs are good and I don't have any warning lights. I'm leaning towards left C-pillar for the location.
This forum rocks btw! I've fixed 2 major issues on my Civic with the help of this forum and saved a ton of money. Looking for a third fix! Any help trouble shooting would be awesome.

im guessing the bulbs are brand new? check fuse 9 under dash. there is a brake failure sensor located right side behind the cargo area panel to the right and below the woofer(ex,exl models) , you could check for power at the number 2 pin green wire.

Yes, the bulbs are new and I checked fuse 9. All good. So my next step is to check for voltage at the sensor. So I assume I need to remove the side panel (A)? In order to remove that though, I believe I have to remove all the other panels and seat first? Thanks for your help.

trying to remembe. If you can't take subwoofer panel off and gain access through there. Take off the trim piece that runs across at the bottom. Remove the cargo cover. there should be bolts behind the metal clips and the fold down hooks maybe. Trying to do this from memory. The UPPER Trim Is behind The Lower ,So No Need To Touch That. If you pull off the weather strip on that side , you, should be able to pull the lower far enough away to gain access. 12v should be at the green wire with the brake pedal pressed.

Do you have a trailer hitch and harness installed? Is it OEM or aftermarket? If aftermarket, disconnect the harness and see if that fixes your issue.

Instructions to remove the right rear panel is part of these instruction; specifically step #20 to 22.

http://handa-accessories.com/pilot/rearcamera.pdf

The harness connector for the brake failure sensor is a 6 pin gray connector. Disconnect the 6P gray connector for the brake light failure sensor. With a small wire, jump the 6P connector cavity terminal (where the Wht/Blk wire is) to the cavity terminal (with the Grn wire). The Wht/Blk wire is a wire with white insulation and a black stripe running through it. Depress the brake pedal; does the left and right brake lights work? If they work this way, you probably have a faulty brake light failure sensor.

Found the problem. Brake light failure sensor was unplugged! About a year ago we had some body work done. They had had to remove this panel to get bondo onto the backside. I'm betting they never fully seated the plug properly and it wiggled itself out. Because I just snapped it back in and it aint coming out again!
Thanks for everyones help! Once again, problem solved with the help of everyone in this thread and website!
