Ok so i bought this car with high miles on it. It has been running but is making a noise, almost sounds like it would if it didn't have oil in it, but i check it multiple times aweek and its fine and very clean. So im wondering if it could bw the timing belt that needs to replaced? And if i replace the timing belt do i need to also replace the water pump at the same time. The car is not running hot the noise just aggregateing me and i dont want it to cause serious damage. Thanks
