Default no injection pulse

Have a 94 accord and it will not start. It cranks but won't start. There is no injection pulse. The main relay is ok and tried others. That's not it. I got spark and fuel just no injection pulse.
When it Don't start there is no fuel pump action eather. I need some ideas.

Turn the key to the on position and check for power at the yellow/black wire at the injector connectors.

Check that the two ecu fuses in the engine bay fuse box assembly arent blown.

Open up the ecu case and see if anything looks burned inside.

I will look at the ecm. but at some time it will start and I done nothing, like I drove it to work one morning then when time to go home Iit would not start just cranked. and when it does this there is no fuel pump. ign spark is ok and compression ok, just no injector pulse. I took apart a main relay and soldered a jumper wire to the bk/yel on it to make the fuel pump run with key on and in start. so now I got spark ,comp, and fuel. but still no pulse so what gives?

Did you check the two fuses ? Sometimes they look like they're not blown but they are.

Fuses look ok but will replace them. I don't have to do anything with anything and it might just start. Today I tried it and it would not start. Going to remove the ecm and check it for bad spots and get a mother one from junkyard too try. Thanks

I took the ECM out and took both covers off , on the side where you can see the didoes and capacitors I found one little one near the center looking bad. one of the terminals ends is all corroded. but it does not look bad on the other end all soldered looks great and you cant tell. so now what. solder in a new capacitor in its place ?? then try it or try to get one a junkyard??

I would try to source another ecu from the junkyard. Remember to get one from the same trim.

Ideally you want the same exact ecu code. In your case, you just want another 37820-POA-A51. Without looking it up at the moment a '94-'95 accord should have the same ecu, provided it's also an automatic.
